Built to last, backed in writing

Every LiteCraft kayak is built using premium materials and carefully inspected throughout the manufacturing process.

We stand behind the quality of our engineering, materials and workmanship. LiteCraft products are covered by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, commencing from the date of purchase by the original owner.

What is not covered

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from impacts, collisions, surf conditions (including damage caused by waves), transport, improper storage, excessive heat or prolonged weather exposure, misuse or abuse, dragging the kayak over abrasive surfaces including sand, rocks, concrete or boat ramps, normal wear and tear, cosmetic blemishes, inadequate maintenance, or commercial hire or rental use.

The warranty also does not cover damage resulting from unauthorised modifications or repairs, or from the installation or use of incompatible or improperly fitted accessories.

Making a claim

Where a warranty issue is suspected, please contact LiteCraft with your proof of purchase, a description of the issue and supporting photographs so we can assess the claim and advise on the next steps.

This warranty is provided in addition to any rights and remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded or limited.
